i think the last part of the song refers rather pointedly to the way the punk scene deteriorated in the "alternative" 90s, 'show me your tits' being the battle cry for a 'fake revolution' that uses music as an excuse for communal drooling. when i was a kid, i went to several "HFStivals" in DC and the moment a crowdsurfing girl popped out of her top, four or five hairy, anonymous arms would lunge forward to cop a feel. and anybody who's seen a mosh pit can vouch for the fact that sweaty, angry and drunk boys can closely resemble a pack of wolves
