Its about being in the spotlight... When famous you have all kinds of people telling you how to act, how to dress, how to live, what to buy, who to talk to, who not to talk to, how skinny to be, what to eat, where to go... your so controlled that you lose sense of yourself. Your job is to be pretty... and no body really understands what's really going on inside of you. They don't care what you think they only care about how you look. And I could only imagine that being really hard. The people telling you how to be... they don't really know what its like to be in that spotlight.. "I wish you'd take a walk in my shoes for a start.. you might think its easy being me... to stand still look pretty" Its songs like these that show us they are real. They have it hard. just because they have alot of money doesn't mean they are happy.
