When I first heard this song, I was thinking that she's reiterating what someone said to her. As if in a mocking sense, or just a hurting sense.
I partially agree with scene, though. It's kind of like Misery Business in a sense. The same 'I-Don't-Give-A-Damn-About-You' thing.
