I'm not quite sure, but I think that this song has a similar meaning to "Enjoy The Silence". Being at that point in a relationship where words are no longer necessary to communicate feelings between a couple. The love between them is so deep that to put it in words almost undermines what they're feeling, as no words can really do it justice.
Add to it that Martin did the Counterfeit ep right before Violator. I think he may have had the theme of this song in mind when writing "Enjoy The Silence", as this song is a cover and not written by him.
