i don't agree at all with anyone so far. in this whole piece he's talking to SOMEONE. he's telling them about how she will do this and that to them. then he goes on to say, "blame it all on yourself cause she's always a woman to me".
i think this means she only treated others how they deserved to be treated.. and now that is what those others perceive her to be. now that she is with a gentlemen.. she is always a "woman" to him.
like only a bad man could bring out the bad in her... that she had to protect herself by only revealing what she wanted them to see like a child.. now that shes with a "real" man, she can be herself and she can be gentle and kind; a "WOMAN".
