Do people really cheat "just to find some excitement?" I've always thought there are emotional needs not being met that leads to cheating. When a person is emotionally happy, why the need/desire to cheat? Most cheating leads to negative consequences, so what's the payoff? New flesh? Doubtful that it's just a sexual reason 'cause humans are more complex than that. Obviously a song about some kind of unhappy relationship; however, all relationships have their ups and downs so it's rather normal...
