I'm surprised I'm the first one to comment on this song, seeing as it's a pretty good one. This is the first track on Ozzy Osbourne's new CD "Black Rain," and I think it's an awesome opener. As for the meaning, it could mean anything really, but in my opinion, I think it's about someone famous (maybe even Ozzy himself) dying (no man's land, say goodbye forever). The person he's not going away from tried to take advantage of his money (diamonds into sand) but now she's paying the price because the memory of this person is never going away and will haunt her forever.
