"When you look at yourself, do you see what I see - If you do, why the fuckare you looking at me" The guy is looking at himself in the mirror, and hating himself so much he has to separate himself from his reflection. Therefore this song is not cruel and mean but desperate and heartwrenching. Beautiful song.
