I think he's talking to a person, probably a friend who's kinda lost and takes the wrong decisions in life (his knowledge leads his aggression..). And as time goes by, this person continues to do the wrong things, till the point you cant help him anymore (I'm at a loss for words, but you've brought this on yourself).. like the person doesn't see that he's missing good opportunities in life, he's shut and blind to what life has to offer.
