There should be wayyyy more comments posted here!!! This song was at a wedding I went to a few years ago.. when the couple danced to it, it's like time froze.. nothing else mattered.. it was so captivating and just breath-taking!!! This song describes how true love/marriage should be!!! Seems rare, sadly. Anyway, just incredible lyrics, his voice is amazing, the piano is lovely.. wow. I love joshua kadison's music - he is just so very talented.. probably underrated.
This song has definitely made me cry... quite a lot!! it's just so moving, it really touches the heart and soul so deeply. Even just "your love is a pearl".. (sigh) wow. The words are poetic. I'd definitely love this song played at my wedding!! for the main dance at the reception. Love this soooo much!!!! (as you can tell!!!)
