I cannot believe that there are no comments on this. But that's not the part that really gets me. It's that this is listed as just a John Lennon song. What about Yoko Ono?! ugh. She's so wonderful on this track! I especially love the last time she asks, "What's the difference?" She sounds so vulnerable and I think it's the moment where the song's meaning is best conveyed. The meaning of course is simple; we're all the same when you think about it so what's the point of war?, but it's then that the emotion involved hits you the most. I love, love, love, love this song.
