Its about some1 who is consider crazy by "Normal" People yet you cant help but love them. I also have someone this reminds me so much of cause she would always ask me "So what's the craziest thing you've done lately?"

Yeah its sad that they arent more popular but at the same time all the people that lisent to the radio would corrupt it and take the meaning of it away by overplaying it ,putting it as their ring tone and calling it their song.
