Slipknot is fucking retarded, even calling it fake metal would be an insult to real metal bands. There's this one kid in my class who thinks he's so hardcore while he listens to slipknot and MCR. And yeah, when I first listened to this I did think it sounded a bit like Metallica but I do listen to other metal bands. (Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, some Dio, and if Alice Cooper could be considered metal then that too.)
