im pretty sure shes singing about being at the dentist... jus what i gather from it and for the above comment "caked all over" if lookin from a dentist point of view is prob all crap she had on her teeth.. who knows maybe she ate a lot of junk food when she was younger and has a fear of the dentist cuz of bad experiences so she made a song about it
