I adore this song. I've never really deeply analyzed it's meaning but when I think about it, it's pretty simple.
It feels like it's about frustration or depression, a disconnection with everything else. Unable to make sense of what goes on around you, confusion. But at the same time a sense of apathy or defiance. Someone trying their best to find their own path.
