The above post is pretty much accurate but although Matt Freeman was in Rancid with Tim the band they refer to as "lets do this one more time" was called Downfall which included all of Op Ivy except Jesse. After they broke up Tim and Matt went to form arguably the greatest punk band ever, Rancid.
