Obviously, the guy made a shitty mistake, that hurt his girlfriend, and she broke up with him. Okay, so, everyone knows that if a guy holds a radio over his head outside of a girl's window, it's like he's saying he's sorry, except it's more powerful than words.(it's in a movie, if you don't know what I'm talking about) Anyways, so she doesn't want to forgive him, so he spys on her constantly, and wants her back, because he still loves her.
"Silence in black and white" means they don't talk to eachother, but he really wants her back.
"You are my only station" means that she is all he lives for, all he thinks about.
He knows that he screwed up, but when he holds up his radio, it means that he wants a second chance, he is saying that she is his world.
