I think its about a guy trying to wait or is being played by a girl, who is "confused" about her feelings for him...
He is saying to her, if you feel like letting yourself go and loving me, then im going to be here for you..
He is tired of waiting it seems, which could be seen through the lines of "i cant say what tomorrow holds, so i wont wait for tomorrow, and this is how it feels to let go"... he gives up on trying to wait for her and realises that he will continue to be hurt if he doesnt..
