I think the 4th line is "But nobody said that you are so LA" .. kind of a dig at the way girls from Los Angeles supposidly act.
I think he's kind of saying that even though, yes, she is kind of crazy and def. addicted to drugs... no one said that she has to be this way. And that even though she's so into that world of drugs and alcohol and hot men and whatever... he's always been the one that's been there for her even though it doesn't really seem like she wants him.
