has nothing to do with HIV silly.... it has to do with he had sex with a friend of his, his good girlfriend that kept him out of trouble, and he asking his pstchiatrist how to stop being with her, because he is unsure if he likes her more then a friend, he doesnt really want more. Was just supposed to be fun sex and now it's really complicated and he is stressed out.
Been in that same situation and yeah it's prettty bad, but I'd do it all over again, sex was damn good..... eh, lost my friend though ;)
