i just listened to this on their myspace and im pretty certain its about Gerard Way.
theres a quieter sort of interlude part where bert puts on a voice and says:
"i dont feel okay,
i dont feel alright,
Help me,
i dont know."
teamed with his mad laughing that he so good at.
the whole "not feeling okay" thing is in this song and pretty handsome awkward which is also most definately about Gerard.
it does sound like his bad drink and drugs days.
if he is 'The Liar' it makes me wonder what he did...
