I have absolutely no idea what this song could mean.
So, shooting into the dark, I can assume its about teenagers or immature individuals in general engaging in acts of maturity when they quite frankly have no idea of what they're getting into.
My favorite line, "Homework for this evening...a golden star for the ones sent to the ER", may refer to this undying urger to involve ourselves in harmful acts towards ourselves like its some sort of mission.
I personally know a few individuals that don't know when to quit, and it would take them a rough face plant at rock bottom to snap them out of this self-destructive circle of drug-use.
To me, this song speaks alot about the self-abusing mannerisms of today's youth. Me being a part of that category can say I've found myself in the exact situation.
