I actually was able to obtain Reanimation before Hybrid Theory... and I will admit that I find Reanimation to be the better album. Don't get me wrong, HT is tight as hell and I love it, but Reanimation really got me into LP. To me, Reanimation is kind of an extended version of HT. Like this song is the perfect example. The cello and the violin are superb and I love it, but I will never forget the intro to the orginal "Crawling"...
When I look at this version of "Crawling", I kind of a see an end of the world theme.... or maybe that's just me. Or something else really depressing. It makes me think of an anime called "Wolf's Rain"...
