Seconed He didn't write this song so it really has no meaning behind it. It's just a song about the food pyramid that Clone High asked him to sing. The episode was about one of the characters eatting nothing but sweets and getting fat and sick. Manson was just there to teach him about the food pyramid and why he shouldn't eat such things.
