in my honest opinion.. this song sort of speaks for itself. i have been in this situation many times. it seems to me that he's in a relationship with someone who's very selfish. and he's stuck because he loves the person, but she's all tied up in herself. so he continues to allow himself to get hurt over & over because he loves her. he knows he's to blame because at ANY given time he could just end the relationship, but he keeps going with it and keeps getting hurt and doesn't know where to end it. this is a VERY powerful song and very true, because this sort of thing happens ALL the time... soo many people are driven to suicide over horrible relationships... especially mentally abusing ones... anyways, amazing song! william is AMAZING at writing lyrics....
