i agree a lot with cyanide2060 (although i dont think alliteration is the right word...). as with many lyrics of strung out, this song def has to do with loving someone and then hating themselves and that person for it. not choosing to be obsessed with this person but not being able to do anything about it. fantastical and twisted dreams of what to do to this person. thoughts for this person completely consuming yer existance.
