I believe that the line "My decent is the story of everyman " has to do with the morality play of Everman. The play tried to teach that by good deeds alone will you be accepted into heaven or something like that (I very well could be wrong).
"Reconcile not with the fear of the snake
But embrace it as your own
Inject it's venom into your veins
And replant the seed that gives growth "
This part sounds like a testement to Satanism, saying that one shouldn't judge it and push it aside because of the fear that a lot of people associate with satanism. Instead they say people should embrace it.
"A veil of ignorance is in motion
Continuing throughout multiple generations
let me be the one that deliver you from the deceit
And back into perfect accordance with the laws of nature"
This part makes me even more sure that he is talking about satanism. Satanist believe that we should not fight our animal selfs by placing all of these moral constraints on ourself, because that will acually do more harm in the long run. The song says that the church has been deciving us all for generations, but satanism can free you of that and put one back in balance with nature.
Of course it's about Satanism, look at the damn album cover, it's a Baphomet in Vatican City. It's a combination of LaVey Satanism, Paganism and Devil Worship, since the Catholic church deemed all of the Pagan gods as demons and devils, and incarnations of Satan.

Just saw Dimmu live, and this song was awsome...
