"I was dating this girl for a few weeks and she brought me home to have dinner and meet her Dad. Bad idea. I walk in with torn jeans, shitty hair, and a bad attitude, because I was in a rock band and thought I was great. This guy takes one look at me, and decides I'm never going to make anything out of my life, and tells his daughter to break up with me. So, the next day, she broke up with me. So I decided to take the pain from that and try and make a little money, and wrote a song about it. It's called "Asshole Father".
