This is Genitorturers;
from the album "Machine Love"
I own it, and have seen them perform it in concert.
This is a rather, now famous, case of mistaken identity.
A limewire user mistakenly labeled the song JOJ and all the JOJ fans snatched it up thinking that they missed a song by their favorite, now dismissed, band.
So it spread.....and since Genitorturers is relatively underground no one protested.
