Its about a guy who finds out that his girl is sleeping with another guy behind his back..Hence the line "This is so Romantic how your lips are stuck to his when im not home How goods he kiss with broken bones"..and he knows she is but she's lying about it and its killing the relationship and he cant trust her anymore or forgive her..and he tries to hide that he knows about it..while he really is very ticked.
