Over the past year I have had a wave of emotions pass over me that I did not necessarliy know how to deal with in a healthy manner. I did not know how to deal with anger except to blow up and express it. This did not always work out so well for me. Anger leads to anger and hate breeds more hate. If you listen to this song, without concentrating on the lyrics, it sounds like a typical expresion of musical rage. The lyrics, however, are extremely positve and speak of a need to reach out for God's help in those times of trouble and hurt. Anger is a healthy and necessary emotion, but if it is not dealt with in a healthy manner it will come back to haunt you.
