This is the greatest song on this CD I'd say. As for the meaning, I'm not sure. I think it's about a dealer who really wants to get out of that kind of lifestyle and become a businessman or something. This is proven in many verses of the song, like when Tim says,

People that I trusted would surely have me busted if they ever had a clue of what was really going on..."
That's a dead giveaway right there. I could be wrong, but I'm only stating my opinion of what I think it's about, so don't post a message saying something like, "you're a dumbass," or, "you're a fucking retard!"
