it means that men who are bisexual are evil pig monsters from some distant planet and they need boobs, but since ladies seem to like their boobs, they lie. like the singer says, no one is all bad. the pig monsters only want to save their planet from being boobless. its not their fault they suck at being good at convincing ladies to give up their boobs.
