I love, love, love this song- it's sheer beauty. I like how she samples lyrics and a melody from a folk song for the beginning lyrics and chorus. It's about a person who's in a very difficult place in their life, but is still fighting and insisting she's doing just fine (perhaps even to the point of delusion).
