Yeah, I kind of see a relation to what creator1456 is saying. I think of will being equivocal as will as in intent and will as in what you leave behind. I can see this as he is putting death to any sin or temptations that spreads through society affecting other people. If there is any good given to society maybe he doesn't want credit for it and it should be seen coming from another source?
