I think Aaron Lewis should get out of the professional music game while he's still ahead, over the past ten years I've seen a shocking decline in the power of his voice. (Probably because of the cigarettes) Also on the later Staind albums (14 shades of Grey, Chapter V) they take a lot fewer risks, and the music in my opinion is not quite as extraordinary, though still good. I have concerns about the next release Aaron/Staind will make if he/they continue in this trend
