This song is really sad, but a catchy song like all of them. I had the thought that it's about how God is the only constant in a world where everything else can and probably will let you down. The part "while the house I built is breaking" reminds me of that Casting Crowns song that says "I'd take a shack on a rock over a castle in the sand." I don't know if that's a bible verse or anything but it just reminded me that this life will be gone eventually.
