I would agree that's at least part of it. There are some songs when one verse really does define the the song, and other when I think it's easy to think that. For this one, I think it is easy to latch on the "I want to have you," line, but listening to the CD, he uses that phrase a lot. Maybe it's because he really wants to get laid, or maybe that's just a phrase he uses?

In any case though, I think there's more to it than that. "I didn't think I'd fine you pefect in so many ways," that seems to imply there's at least more than a physical attraction going here.

The line that catche smy interest the most, though, is the "When you said to me 'you are not so old.'" Allmusic seems to think that means that the girl in the song is a lot younger than him, but I'm not so sure. Perhaps they're both about the same age, and she was reassuring him that he's not getting old or anything. I prefer the second one, but the first seems very possible to me as well.
