Well, this song feels like they mixed togheter two scenes from Goethes Faust, one in the beggining of the first part, where he accepts the deal, and the feast of the holy roman emperor (german emperor), whom Faust and Mesophiles saves.
So this song greatly confuses me, but it one of the greatest songs I've heard so it dosen't matter.
