If they ever made "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer into a movie, this should definitely be the main theme. There's even "new moon" in the lyrics, which is the title of her second book in the series. (Read it if you haven't already, it's a great book.)
"When the new moon rises and we're put to the test" is perfect for that book, I swear.
