I think this is one of the only songs I like on In With The Out Crowd, its sad...
Anyhoo, yeah, I think its about when you've been in a band so long and you've just been singing and writing and guitarring (is that a word?) your heart out and you just think "wait, what am I doing all this for" and they just want to make it clear. To me the title gives the general idea, y'know, "PS, shock the world, cause if we don't who will?" Don't forget what the music's about.
