I just got a feeling that it was about a guy that is completely hopeless, into drugs, kinda messed up, and she is a more dominant person, grabbing him by the throat and telling him she loves him, even though he is a sick boy (issues etc). it seems as if he is teling her she could do better so she grabs him and says but she loves him :S
It probably is more about the band or whatever, but that was what i thought before i read these threads.
