obviously you could always find someone who'd be pushed by a song to do something stupid, but the majority of listeners just enjoy the song and maybe they even find it comforting... did you ever consider that? :S but seriously though, everyone will say they've gone through shit in their life, it just so happens that some were blessed with the energy to pull themself back up and some weren't... we're not all the same and we're not all as strong as you are or claim to be :\
for example if you were bullied for 8 years, one day finally found a friend and he/she introduced you to drugs, alcohol and the likes, not to mention you've never felt confident any single fucking day of life, you were abused as a child, your dad was an alcoholic who hit you and your mom on a daily basis THEN where on earth does a human being find the inspiration to suddenly get an education and become a so-called 'leader'?
