hmm, having noone to relate to can be pretty depressing. This guy can't connect with anyone on a soul-mate level it would seem, but hey, just as is said its not wrong to rely solely on yourself- (solitude was never seen as loneliness). I would change soul to sole at some stage in this song to expand on the meaning of a SOLE soul (that is one-of-a-kind and thus, alone), anyways thats my thinking.So pretending to be someone you are not is not gonna help you in this sad world of ours. And dont worry yourself- we're all headed in this downward direction and the realisation of this fate frees our mind of excessive question.
