On the Fearless Freaks DVD they show Wayne recording the voice-over thing at the end part of the song, and it's actually longer and he goes into saying that "This has been an advertisement for such-and-such aspirin, the aspirin that's more effective than..." whatever, something like that. Like the whole fantastic story was just made up to sell something. I like that idea. But I guess cutting it out made the song seem more positive, like some weird local news "and now..." piece.
