He had a stroke at 52 and died at 54; it was then that Stalin ("Man of Steel") took power and REALLY fucked everything up.
A lot of people glamorize Lenin, which shows their ignorance. The death camps during the Russian Revolution (comparable to those during the Holocaust) started under Lenin's rule. He was a mass murdered.
