I think this song has ties to over-population issues in this world and abortion. Not really over-population as much as over-population of idiots (see NOFX - The Idiots Are Taking Over). If we set abortion illegal then what happens if I have a kid? (-16 years old and if you knew me you would know I shouldn't have kids.) I have to be responsible to raise another productive asset to society and the human race as a whole when I'm struggling to do that myself. Not saying abortion is a form of birth control, but if an accident happened it would be better to kill the fucker than let me bring another fucked up person into this world that is just going to ruin it more than me. This is kind of the same idea as the second verse of the song.
