i thought that maybe this song was about being edge? and not giving in to peer pressure? maybe because he says stuff like "still i push to the edge" and "i will never falter" and "still hold tight to my beliefs" and plus the song is called "the air that i breathe" which could be reffering to the fact that he doesnt smoke, so he breathes clean air? haha idk. :)
