To me, and I'm sure it's obvious. But you have this guy who thinks he can do it all, but there's this girl who shows him that it's ok to "trust in the heart." So when this guy is around this girl, he's vulnerable and he's pretty much, "under the influence." Because of this girl, he's lives life fully and dangerously.
