It talks about facing some of the same problems once again but this time not letting them ruin him this time. The song is right when it says theres a time to lead and a time to follow..and this time around its time to lead. Those walls are trying to stop him from getting past his problems but he's gotten through it before..which is why he says he's not scared anymore. He realizes its time for him to regain control of his life and not let the same shit ruin him anymore.
